Stop and Stor Prospect Park / Crown Heights

Stellar experience start to finish!!✨️✨️ Jason, Ashley, & Mugabe were all helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Came in with my usually skeptical & hands-off parents, but the humor & ease shared between us the staff made for a familial vibe🥰. We're currently in a 10×12 unit nearby, so getting a 10×14 unit for significantly less was exciting & a relief. Making the switch to Prospect Park's Stop&Stor storage facility clearly turned out to be the long overdue right move for me & my family financially & our comfortability! Thank you guys!!

Bibi and her colleagues were friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. I chose Stop and Stor because of their reasonable prices and a nearby competitor had a lot of pest control issues. I asked about pest treatments and they told me the frequency (can’t remember) and if I ever see anything they said to please let them know and they will do a specific treatment in that area. They ask people to please not store food for that reason. I got a 5x5x4

I never expected to have such a lovely experience at a storage facility but there you have it: I genuinely enjoyed my onboarding at Stop & Stor. The monthly cost of the unit was a bargain and the Stop & Stor managers held it for me for the week without a deposit. When I came to finalize the rental, Mugabe walked me through it with great care and good humor. It was the sort of neighborhood interaction that the great Mister Rogers promised me - good people taking care of others and taking the time to connect. Thank you!
