New ownership and I went to see my on site guy (had a call, simply asking for CC # for payment; don't like this these days). Robert on site has always been great to take care of any issues I might have, answer questions, change payment sources (when previously used cards got hijacked); he has always been responsive. Friendly, very knowledgeable, and offers quick service to handle any situation that arises. Great guy to make this transition easy for all. I stay here, because of Robert and his great service!

A couple weeks ago I ordered and storage unit online which was a 5x10, the next day I got a courtesy phone call from Jason, a sales associate, I explain my concerns to him about the size of the unit, he was happy to help me upgrade to a 10x10, he was very helpful and professional, I really appreciate that plus the property is super clean, good prices and easy to drive up to your unit. Thanks a lot Jason happy New Year buddy!

Had a great experience working with Robert, the manager at SROA. He answered my questions, was very kind, and made sure everything was right before I left. If you’re looking for a storage unit, I’d recommend giving him a visit.
