Good location, but extremely pricey. Rent has doubled in 3 years, yikes. It is all automated, which I have no issues with, any assistance is via phone and pretty quick. Location has a good fence and feels pretty secure. No snow removal in winter, bring your own shovel if you need access after snow fall. Some units show rust damage on the doors, so perhaps water dissipation is not well managed some places. My own units shows water spots on the floor, I don’t see any leaks from above, so I will only assume it could be ground water penetrating though the concrete floor. There are RVs and large vehicles parked around, some of them almost blocking the pathway for vehicles to make it through.
