Store Space Self Storage

Our daughter's earthly life ended unexpectedly. We had to vacate her belongings and needed a storage for her personal belongings and memorable items. This storage units location, self and secure was perfect, in addition the online reservation option was top notch; along with the price and face to face staff. Very impressive customer service 💯👏...The overall experience was impeccable ( should be a role model for others). Thanks for the smooth transaction 😊

Exceptional service! Excellent rates. Outstanding facility. I needed a lot. I needed a unit that was in Cincinnati, not expensive with an affordable monthly rate, handicap accessible. I wanted one that wouldn't leave me standing in the rain, burning sun, or freezing snow. I got all of that. Here. At Store Space Self Storage. The dude who helped me out, (name started with a B, but I missed it because my hearing isn't so perfect), was an excellent professional help with a friendly, downright funny, attitude. A joy to work with. He showed me my unit before I signed because I asked. He even had a customer come in while I was there who had accidentally rented a unit that was too small. His service was outstanding. All the way around. I left happy, the other customer was so relieved. It's nice to watch someone's kindness wipe out someone else's stress. There is an extra charge for insurance on the unit! If you don't want to pay it, bring in your homeowners or renters and get that charge negated. All the storage unit facilities I checked with require this insurance, it's industry standard now. I definitely recommend this facility based on location, service, cleanliness, set-up and design. Locks are provided. I feel secure in saying... "Come be my neighbor! Rent here."

This location obviously needs some help in the office. The one woman who is employed here seems a bit over worked. I’ve been calling since 9:00am and I left work early today 12/1 upon my 10:50am arrival there wasn’t anybody in the office. When the employee finally pulled up she asked another woman outside of the building (mind you it’s 31 degree out but feels like 24 degree) what she was here for. The woman told her to pay a bill. The employee asked the woman “is there something wrong you’re coming off aggressive.” Then suggested that she pay the bill online. The customer was an older woman and barely knew how to work her phone. I personally have been calling since November 25th throughout the day to no answer. I left at least one voicemail on 11/25 then came to the location on the 26th to see a closed sign. I came on the 28th to a closed sign. I work on the weekend but i’ve been calling many different times throughout the day this past weekend no answer. Highly suggest more employees to help the one employee who does come because it appears as if her holiday break wasn’t long enough. There’s no way one person can answer the phone, help customers with their access code, show people to their unit, etc.
