Brittany is ABSOLUTELY has the best customer service I have had in years! She is knowledgeable about all things and Storquest is lucky to have her, she does have the best office view but if you don’t treat her well we will provide her benefits and a retirement plan

I’ve been at this storage location for about a year and just moved into a bigger unit yesterday. The process both times has been smooth. Adam is always super friendly and helpful. I move regularly for my job and of the handful of storage units I’ve rented, this place may be the best! Really nice facility and carts are available to move items from the loading dock into the climate controlled area; super helpful.

HUGE shoutout to StorQuest Team Member @Young for his amazing customer service! I have been a tenant at this facility for a few months now. It is ALWAYS clean and well-lit so I feel safe when I go there, especially at night. I found myself needing a bigger unit for my event decor rental company and so I called and spoke to Young. He helped me find and move to a bigger unit that was close to the one I already had which really helped make my transfer and overall experience quick and easy! Thanks again Young!
