Nice facility and great people!

Storing my personal belonging here was a good experience. I worked for the most part with Bruce and Evelyn. However, I signed up with someone else who was quitting at the time. I only add this because I was on auto-pay and the price was totally different from what I was quoted to what was finally charged and covered. This has zero to do with Evelyn and Bruce this is more of a StorQuest thing. The conglomerate, not the local employees. As far as the experience with Evelyn and Bruce they were great with me, understanding and very diligent in contacting me. I would use them again if I were living in the area and wasn't on autopay. Simply because the price will change and again has nothing to do with Evelyn and Bruce. They hold the fort down well! :)

I recently rented a unit at StorQuest Self-Storage and had a mixed experience. While the facility itself was clean, secure, and the A/C worked perfectly the entire time, I had some major issues with their pricing practices. **Be warned:** After just three months, they increased my rent dramatically, which felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Once you’ve got all your stuff in there, it’s a lot harder to move out, and they seem to take advantage of that. Also, they automatically added an "insurance" charge to my account without my permission, which felt sneaky and unfair. On the positive side, my belongings were safe, dry, and there were no signs of mold or damage. If you’re considering using StorQuest, just be prepared for sudden price hikes and unexpected fees. Wouldn't recommend unless you’re okay with potentially paying much more than you initially agreed to. Or look at the lease and get it changed so they can't boost the rent for at least a year.
