Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in setting up our account and getting us access to the storage room. The facility is clean and secure. Access is easy. We got a 5X5 locker and it is more than enough space for boxes. Price seems reasonable, especially given location. Make sure you have photo of proof of address ready to upload when you register (not real ID). Also, you can park in Georgetown Park underground, but probably have to double park to unload. GLTA!

Very pleased with this storage but it is a little confusing at first. Things to note: 1. Familiarize yourself with the alley on google maps (we already knew where it was). 2. Bring the picture of the loading dock door with you :) 3. RING the bell! - this may seem obvious, but we saw some other folks confused. 4. Call Stuf Storage and ask them to tell the loading dock security if you will be using over a weekend - we did and it worked out fine. 5. Take the elevator just inside to level C - THIS KEY POINT WAS NOT in our instructions. 6. The instructions for logging onto the app to open the door are for downstairs but you should log on while on the street because the signal is non-existent downstairs. 7. Bring your own lock. They leave you one but it seems to me that other customers steal them because our box and the person next door's were empty. With these tips, the process is super easy. We unloaded all our stuff just inside the door, and then loaded it all into the elevator for one trip. There is a dolly to help if no one else is using it. The space is bright and clean. The ceilings of the units are wire so we packed linen and such in plastic to guard against the unlikely but possible event of the sprinkler system going off. One downside is that it can be hard to get someone on the phone. Twice we got someone on the first ring. And twice had to leave a message.
