I was in a coma in month of April and I was already a month behind. So I fell about 2 to 3 months behind from being in my, and being out of work for a little while.. all I ask if for the unit to let me get my very important paperwork and DEAD grandfather dresser who meant the world to me and they won’t be considerate enough to allow that I have to ask whoever buys it to get my important stuff in hopes that they will let me. What does wanna do when they are in a coma for two or three days and out of work for almost a month, not making any money and becomes homeless? Aren’t you suppose to be considerate and maybe do a payment plan or accept my $100 at least to get my grandpa dresser and paperwork wow

Facility is great. Unfortunately, the employees are rude and inattentive. I went today, stood literally 10 minutes in front of receptionist, Jeanie. She never looked up from her personal phone even when I banged my two keys on the counter. Dennis was also dedicated to his computer device. Instead of unlocking door three, he told me how to unlock it!!!!

I put one star because lady that worked there before you hired Cynthia Fiorilli was rude every time I called her or came in to pay! Meeting Cynthia Fiorilli was the best thing ever about this place! She is so kind and eager to do her job accurately! Keep her she is great at customer service! I wish you had only hired her sooner and let go of the other older lady much sooner! Good job for whoever hired Cynthia Fiorilli! She is a pleasure to do business with!!!!!!! We are out of there now however those that deal with this place deal with Cynthia Fiorilli! You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you, Denise and Maureen 😀
