While not a direct customer of Tiger Eye, I’m a Housing Counselor based out of Pennsylvania, a client of mine needed assistance with preserving ownership of the items they have stored at Tiger Eye. My agency made a decision to provide a one time only payment to help our client. The staff and management at Tiger Eye went above and beyond with their customer service and attention to detail in assisting us to assist their customer, our client. In today’s world of lack luster customer service, Tiger Eye stands high above shining like a Beacon on a Hill. I highly recommend them.

Easy to rent from. No hassle at all And the security at night is very good you will feel safe at all time and the site manager have a heart of gold 💛 and she will go above and beyond to solve any problem and questions you may have all I need to do is ask and she does have a lot of patience.Thank you 😊

Beware of raising rent double, charging to your debit card and you will never be able to get you money back. Rented unit in November 2024 was loud and clear that need 1 year and that I have budget of 75.00 and was promised they can do that. Contact came by email with 156.95 and employee said dont worry about it. I did what I had to to make your rated under 80.00. I left state and started receiving bills for 156.95 in February and excuse was promotion was over. Pure fraud. On the other hand my items did not get wet or stolen but for 156.95 I could buy new furniture. Very disappointed
