I was in a major bind moving my grandmas house and found this CB location. Got half off for the first 3 months and got everything locked up in minutes w the online portal. Cool part was the locks were all included and not additional fees. Appreciate the help and fast response time.

I used the new construction special, half off for 3 months. I could not find anything in town close to $70 a month. It is really nice having my own entry pin code for entry, it’s well lite and has security cameras. I definitely felt safe when I dropped my stuff off.

Nothing but problems since moving in here in April because we were guaranteed a special price that would never go up and now since they have all.of a sudden had a glitch in their system they are doubling my rent and not honoring their price I was guaranteed.THESE UNITS ARE NOT new and state of the art like they say online .ours had nasty oil spilled stains all over the floor and the roof leaked and nothing was ever fixed like they told my husband it would be .They barely answer the phone and never in office every time I have had an issue . BIG ISSUE for us was the area and not feeling safe because of the transients down in that area and you have to back out of their facility because there is not any room to turn your vehicle around and if there are other people there at their unit it is literally impossible to unload anything by into your unit. These owners do not honor a word they say and I am very disappointed in the way they handle their business affairs. BEWARE!
