U-Haul Moving & Storage of Downtown Riverfront

Attendant was knowledgeable and courteous. He answered my questions, provided explanations, and most importantly. Did I mention he was courteous?

Restroom had no soap and no paper towels. Ceiling leaked into the storage area. Water damage. Megaphones play ear piercing squawking every seven minutes. Garage door is broken.

Marcos, the General Manager at the Shreveport Riverfront location was so accomodating, professional, compassionate and some of the BEST people U-Haul has working for them! He worked with me at every turn for one of the most stressful times of my life! I can't thank him enough for being so understanding, caring and professional! It's people like him that keep this company in a 5 star status and #1 in the industry. I can't say that for all the U-haul representatives I encountered, but as long as you have people like Marcos in charge, the company will continue to thrive and keep customers happy!
