U-Haul Moving & Storage of I-80 & Manawa

I needed a truck FAST this last Sunday morning. I reserved the truck on-line. 1/2 hour later I arrived at the store and was greeted at the door by Tina. She was extremely helpful and professional and went over the contract with me and explained everything. Chad already had the truck pulled up to the side of the building and it was all warmed up and ready to go (it was very cold that morning). I am leaving this review for the simple reason that you very rarely find service like this anymore. Thank you, Tina and Chad. Keep up the good work! People notice!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We put our stuff in their storage unit for a month while we waited for our house to be ready and our stuff is now infested with roaches. The way the guy handled the call it seems to be a common occurrence. Absolutely disgusting.

Very simple reservation process. Once in the store at the reservation time, staff was friendly and helpful. Greeted from the start. Signing in was fast and easy. The truck we reserved was a 10' truck, which was plenty spacious and well cleaned when received. All equipment was in working order with plenty of gas. Multiple times we were offered the rental of supplies, which we denied. Excellent choice for moving!
