I have had at least 4 hitches installed at various Uhaul locations over the years. This was by far the best experience. 1st, Uhaul had the hitch on short notice. My installation began shortly after my arrival. Hunter, the technician, answered some wiring questions about installing a 5 pin connector (instead of 4 pin), and indicated that this could be done at Uhaul, at low cost, despite it not being one of the options online. Only 4 pin was offered online as a wiring option. He explained how it was done, showed me the parts and I will purchase this installation at a later date. Really good experience.

First & Foremost, The Staff was Friendly & Courteous. Store Inside was Clean & Warm Inviting. Store manager Maranda runs a tight Ship, with Lots of Ongoing Training. Everything was on time. Truck Pickup was Smooth & Vehicle was Super Clean & Smooth Transaction. Return was a Breeze. Total Bill was Unbelievably Low & Correct, Thank You Maranda U-Haul Team 👍🏽🙏🏽👊🏽

I was charged almost $300 to use a u haul, a dolly a 2 mattress pads. No where on their website nor did anyone notify me that all charges are per day. Only thing that’s mentioned the amount for the miles! I would never use hula ever again for a move. If you’re moving tbh it’s probably better that you just pay a moving company! So if you use their services just know anything and everything meaning dolly, mattress and moving pads are all PER DAY! What a joke.. Then when you call to ask an explanation of the charge they are sure to explain everything is per day then! Literally straight bullshit lmao
