This location on Western Avenue is by far the best location in the city. I had an issue that required assistance and Chris the manager of the store took immediate action to take care of me. It’s nice to have someone who truly care about customers. This location is consistent in its cleanliness, maintenance of equipment, excellent customer care.

I am so appreciative of Chris, the manager. He was so helpful patient and knowledgeable with assisting me with my unit because of him I will continue to deal with the U-Haul on Western Avenue in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Thank You, Chris
