I Have been renting trucks and storing with uhaul over the past 10 years . The Manager Authur will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. He has a great staff/crew George is also very helpful and been with the company for many years. I Give 5 star because I have never had any problems at the oxford providence location . Justin

The guys at this place are horrible. The manager is rude. I reserved a 20’ truck and it messaged me saying I checked in when I didn’t , I called them and they gave my rental to someone else I had to then reserve another one when I got there and when I was asking the manager questions he just gave me an attitude so I stopped talking. I had my dad go back and return the U-Haul same day because we got done early and the kid that he spoke with said there was an issue with the computer that my card would not be charged at all for the rental. Fast forward next day the hold that was on my card got taken out, then put back a few days later so I thought nothing of it then all of a sudden my card got whacked for $112 when I wasn’t expecting it. No one at that location will do a thing for me and all the employees are mouth zipped saying they never said there would be no charge to my card. All the kids out there smoking weed when we returned it maybe if they weren’t so high they would remember what they said. I’m never renting from U-Haul again
