We showed up on a Saturday without a reservation and Makenzye (Assistant Manager) was so accommodating and went out of her way to make sure a vehicle was ready for us later that day so we could move furniture (even though we returned it slightly later than we thought). She made sure we had the office and roadside assistance numbers in case we ran into problems, how to refill the gas tank to exact right amount, and the return process. Her and the team were friendly and also seemed like they enjoyed working together, which is a plus.

Go to Gary! His customer service was top notch, made sure I understood everything including the gas gauge to fill back to the level needed. Returning was a breeze with him, followed him through inspection and once again, went over everything, no cleaning fee, gave me my total even though I didn’t ask for it. Went above and beyond!
