Do NOT recommend. I was with them for 4 years until a week ago where all my items were stolen right out of my storage unit. I never had any issues here, always paid on time, and would've continued to be with them until this happened. The owner (Kip and his wife) stated he inspects the doors 2x a day. On 2/13 he looked at my door during opening procedures around 9:30 and I had my lock on, however by 5:30 the lock was no longer on there. He calls me around that time and almost insinuated that I abandoned my unit since a lock was not on it. I told him 2x that I was in jersey for 2 months and before I left, I stopped by the unit, left some boxes and made sure the unit had a lock on it. The following day I go to the storage unit to see that all my belongings were stolen and the lock on my door was no where to be found. NO CAMERAS ON SITE (Only by the front gate). NO other unit was broken into but mines which is absolutely unreal!! I called the cops, filed a police report and explained to them that NO ONE had access to my unit. I have no friends or family within close proximity to me that would have access to the gate code, and my lock which was a combination lock. The owners stated that they are constantly monitoring the area because of recent break ins but if so, they should've definitely noticed someone at my unit the day of. Also, if they knew the issue was happening why not send out letters warning everyone of what's happening so we can take further precautions? SMH! I lost almost all of my childhood sentimental memories in that unit. My father who passed away photo album was in there, my graduation photo album, a Guadalupe heirloom. Items and photos I will never get back. I regret confiding in storing my items at this location. No cameras, Sensors on doors sometimes don't work, seen people sleeping on the property before as well. This place is a mess. I also read a comment on google from another person who had a VERY similar experience like mines. Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. In the end, I believe it was one of workers who stole my items. Why? idk but its really disappointing and disheartening to do such acts. Even worse if they were invovled!

Mrs.Wanda And Mr.Kip are hands down, the best people to ever run this place. Caring, compassionate, and understanding. They make sure that the grounds are well kept and Mr.Kip does hourly rounds to make sure you storage units are safe and secure. They really treat you like family. We love you two. Keep up the great work.🫶🏿

I’m so happy that I stopped by Wanda and kit are amazing made me feel right at home very courted and very polite answered everything ask so thank Wanda and kit great job
