I just want to say that I have occupied a storage unit in this facility since it opened around 2007. I've even occupied two at one time. My property has always been safe and secured. One time I was close to the last day to pay without a penalty and Mr. Frank sent me an email reminder. The office personal are always nice and polite and always willing to work to assist you. Now, if they will just encourage me to get my belongings out of that storage unit.

Israel was phenomenal — he didn’t just show us the units, he brought the whole process to life with clear explanations and tons of helpful detail. He answered every question with confidence and patience, and he went above and beyond by giving us great options to choose from. His energy and support made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable.

This place is truly fascinating, unlike any I've seen. The hygiene is impeccable, everything is spotless and smells wonderful, and the service is top-notch and professional. I have no words to describe the excellence and professionalism here. Congratulations to the management team and all the staff. It's a place worthy of admiration. Thank you for your attention.
