Shoutout to Mr.Earl he was absolutely amazing helping me in any and every way he can. I mean his customer service was absolutely TOP TIER I went to this Public Storage today other than the one in my home town and man he was amazing nothing short of it! 🙌🏾 His customer service wasn’t passive aggressive nor rushed , he was super friendly, patient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping you, and it definitely showed. Thank you for making my day easier Mr.Earl! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They offer excellent service here. My key was broken in the lock when I’m leaving. The manager Earl said that they’d break the lock for me for free of charge. I’m so impressed by his consideration.

The property manager Earl is amazing! Dealing with a nightmare and he worked hard and stayed late to make sure he helped us and fixed everything.
