Extra Space Storage

Location at 4717 Cartwright Road is wonderful. I have never had storage units before- I have always encountered kind, helpful staff when I have visited the office. Aremis was particularly delightful! Storage spaces are clean and climate controlled. I have been very pleased with the service! Would highly recommend!

Did an estate sale in the bay and was surprised it provided covered parking. Liked the easy access to storage and a/c was chill. . It used trimmers for lights and items were stored in cool for protection. However, they were preparing the exterior for painting upgrades to the property. I was worried about the spray, glad they were just prepping. The estate sale has a lot of nice items and is still available for sale. Nice they allowed the sale to customers!

Used this storage for many years when it was Uncle Bob, Life Storage, always went back. It is Extra space storage now, stored my car there. The facility is very clean and well maintained, reception is nice. However, scheduled to move out on the 3rd, they charged me on the 1st for the month, and not refund the rest of the month as the “policy”. Bad company Extra space storage. Never use their storage again.
