He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me peace of mind. I want to take a moment to recognize Earl Turner at Public Storage for his outstanding customer service. I had my storage unit at this location for about three years, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. However, Earl truly stood out during a difficult time in my life. My grandmother had recently passed, and he was incredibly understanding and patient throughout the process. He made sure I knew he was available if I needed help with anything and took the time to answer all of my questions. Earl assisted me with closing my storage unit and also offered thoughtful recommendations for the future if I ever need storage again. I genuinely appreciated how attentive he was, even while managing multiple customers. He consistently acknowledged everyone who came in, including myself, which speaks volumes about his level of professionalism and care. If I ever need a storage unit again, I would absolutely consider returning to this location because of the service I received. Earl represents Public Storage exceptionally well, and his strong customer service did not go unnoticed.

Earl is the best ..today I went in because the other store near Starbucks and discount tire stated there was no more drive up units so I went to earls store and when I tell you he made it happen he did everything in his power to make sure he located me a drive up unit .I'm very pleased with his help .he is a nice kind hearted person and I will send people to him for their units.he is absolutely awesome .he actually cares about helping. thanks earl.nice meeting you today your a great human being.
