Extra Space Storage

I had a great experience at this storage facility thanks to the excellent customer service. The staff member Adrian I worked with was friendly, patient, and very helpful in explaining everything clearly. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I felt confident leaving my belongings here. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with store manager Ashley . She was personable and professional. We had a 10 by 20 and a 10 by 30 unit at CubeSmart Sienna for multiple years and the cost kept going up to a point where it literally was 6 times what we're paying now at Extra Space Storage. Extra Space's current pricing is very competitive assuming it doesn't go up over time. I was able to lock my pricing in for 6 months. Again Ashley was great. Facility is very clean and integrated with the newest technology, including phone app with remote/digital access which makes the moving/storage process painless. Download the phone app and it get everything you need.

I had the most amazing experience with Adrian. Not only did she make this a smooth transition but she was very knowledgeable to address my concerns. This was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!
