STAY AWAY they grabb you with an excellent price tell you it's permanent only to DOUBLE your price 2 months later saying we emailed you a change in terms. They dont honor the contract they signed. They gauge you hoping you won't notice the automatic payment. HORRIBLE PLACE STAY AWAY and by the way! When I rented the unit, I explicitly asked if this was a promotion rate the Answer was NO!!! I even took the contract with me to the office it had nothing about promotional rates. But nice try will be moving out this month. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED

I rent 3 units at this Arizona Storage Inn location. My experience with them has always been very positive and professional. The facility is always clean and well-kept. Employees Dave and Kimberly have always gone above and beyond to make my experience exceptional.
