CubeSmart Self Storage

I have had a storage unit at this site (Sienna Pkwy) since it was built. And, in the past 35 years, I've had the opportunity to patronize a multitude of storage facilities. So, I view myself as somewhat of a discerning expert. Let me be clear: The reason that I CHOOSE to remain a customer of this specific CubeSmart Self Storage location is because of the manager, Robert B. Simply put, he is an unbelievably kind, customer-driven, blessed, magnificent human being. Under his leadership, the facility is always clean, very well-maintained, and very secure. Take those factors into consideration and add Robert B. into the mix and the result is EXTRAORDINARY EXCELLENCE beyond your expectations. Staff member Robert is a bright star and very helpful. Reminds me of good old fashioned customer service. The facility, so clean and well maintained. A pleasure to communicate with Robert and an above and beyond customer service. Felt very welcomed and confident that it is safe place to store my personal effects.

The service here is exceptional. Tom was very professional and friendly and provided us the best options for what we were seeking. I’m pretty sure we came into the office very close to their closing time but he didn’t make us feel like a bother or rush us at all. We really appreciate that!
