CubeSmart in Surprise on Bell and Litchfield has awesome management and staff. The manager Cody is awesome very friendly and always there to help. The units are very clean climate control. The property also a lot of additional security features such as Coded Entry Access, Coded Elivator Access, video surveillance all around inside and out so that your family is personal items are always safe. Another cool is the you can also use the CubeSmart app and go to access my unit and you can use the application to open doors. Use the elevator and stuff like that so you don’t have to use your code. Keeping your code more secure if there’s people around.. The climate controlled units are also really cool and are extremely useful. They actually keep it pretty cool inside which is grateful for electronics, photos and stuff like that.

The man at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also made me comfortable during my registration and “move in” process, by doing lots of thoughtful little things to make me feel welcome and important. The facility is clean and tidy and I am glad I chose cube Smart.

Leah was so kind, efficient and helpful to work with. When you're arriving from a few states away, it can be a bit intimidating but Leah made the process easy. We can't say enough good things about our experience with CubeSmart. (Store0888, 17275 N Litchfield Rd, Surprise, AZ)
