I recently purchased an auction locker and the manager and staff from the beginning to the end were all 5 star 🌟plus. Great personality and professional. 🫡

Great value and easy online signup, but the on-site manager is highly unprofessional and unhelpful. ​When I first arrived, the manager at the Central Street location in Surprise was busy explaining to an elderly customer that there are "lots of smokers" in Flagstaff—gesturing as if smoking a joint—and called it a "hippy town." ​My unit assignment was also messed up. I received an email stating my reserved unit was ready with a welcome kit inside. Due to confusing numbering, we opened the only unit that actually contained the welcome kit. When I reported the resulting number confusion, the manager was dry and stern. He refused to simply correct the number in the system and forced my sons and me to completely relocate all our belongings to the adjacent, empty unit. ​Poor management ruined the experience. I will be sure to never visit this location again during operating hours where I might run into that kind of service.

It was a long afternoon but alls well that ends well. Had to relocate storage several times but the crew was “A” plus. Shout out to:Sandra, Jonathan and Adriana. Great crew and great customer service.
