First time renting a storage unit and the process online was seamless and easy. I didn't even need to come into the office to sign my lease agreement. Due to a change in my circumstances I no longer needed my unit. I went into the office and Adrianna was very friendly and efficient. She helped me cancel my lease in less than five minutes. Overall had a good experience for the short amount of time I dealt with them and will definitely consider using their services again if I am ever in need in the future.

just signed up, and have not moved in yet. i had a list of three possibilities. this was the first one on my list. after meeting Adriana, i had no reason to even consider any other place. i have used storage places from scottsdale to tempe, so familiar about how they typically look and maintained pull in, place is absolutely spotless. clean well maintained and a manager that take pride in her facility. like the idea of main gate, and then an additional security door to get to your unit. sure it will be a great experience leasing here

Everything from finding a location online, to pricing and getting the unit saved was super fast, and surpringly very easy! I went to the location to complete the paperwork and was very impressed with the process, and moved stuff into my unit right away. I feel like i got a good unit for a fair price. Only issue so far is being blocked in by other vehicles due to the small aisles at times. The gate and access times are also great.
