Easy enough to rent. Person who worked behind counter was super helpful. Little disappointed in the “extras” you don’t find out about until you are at counter. Must show homeowners/rental insurance or you must pay X amount per month. Regular padlock won’t work so you must purchase their barrel lock. Would like as close to door as possible? That’s an up charge. In the end it’s working fine just helping the next person when they walk through the door.

My business is growing and I needed to get a bigger unit to accommodate my trailer and products. I heavily researched cube smart and they had an RV garage that was perfect and an introductory price that I just couldn’t say no to. Zack the GM was very helpful and consultative. He called me back and walked me around the facility. I got the general sense he cared and that’s all I needed. If you’re looking for a place to store your equipment or personal belongings I highly recommend this facility and Zack he’s awesome!

Great, clean storage with easy access. My only complaint is the outside entry pavement and concrete have high edges. Bring some kind of a smooth ramp or another strong adult if you are moving heavy tool boxes on wheels into the storage unit.
