CubeSmart Self Storage

helped my son move last week. we did an online move in and it was so easy. my lock was in a cute little bag inside my son's storage unit!! adorable! and he can even open the gate using the CubeSmart app! this was so easy and everything is so clean.

After assigning the rental agreement to obtain the storage unit as well as purchasing their lock for an additional $17 I arrived at the facility at 3pm to find that the access code given to me to get into the facility did not work. I was transferred around to three different people and after 20 minutes of waiting, they granted me a 24 hour access code. There is no one available on the property to assist me even though they should’ve been there until 5 PM. I know I’m not able to access the property until I meet with somebody during their normal business hours on Monday. once I arrived at my unit, I found that the lock I was told would be in the unit was not there. I called their office once again and was bounced around with a few different people resulting in another 30 minute wait. They said they were not able to get me a lock at this time and had no one on the property to assist me.

Chad was very helpful. He really went above and beyond, I can tell that he really cares! Now I feel so confident with my upcoming move ! I Definitely recommend this place.
