I'm actually in the process of moving because I got a storage closer to where I live. But when I got here I realized I'd done my keys to my locks at home I didn't want to make another trip back. And help me cut the locks off and loan blocked because I have to make two strips. I'll probably hear that I just wanted to say that they have excellent excellent customer service.

Great deal for the first month they were running right now. Just needed storage on a month to month and they do that. Hours are pretty average for the industry, wish doors were a little wider but I mostly like that it's on a main road, near a major freeway but not impossible to access during rush hour.

East McDowell Storage Solutions was consistently clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the ease of upgrading to a larger unit; however, there were ongoing access issues that took several months to resolve, and I ultimately chose to leave due to a significant increase in pricing.
