Marcos the Store Manager is great! We are going thru a pretty difficult time right now and he is so helpful and empathetic. He worked with me to figure out the best size unit and insurance coverage that worked in our budget. I’ve worked with other storage companies and this is the only one where I was impressed with their customer service. Happy to have a unit at this location.

This was my first time buying a storage unit through auction at this location, and the experience with the staff, especially Marcos, the store manager, was great. He is friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any questions or issues. The site is easy to locate and well‑managed. Overall, the customer service made the process smooth and straightforward.

Marcos was great and helped me get settled in the car storage area. So far it's good, and I'm planning to stay for the rest of the year. The only improvement would be having a camera in the middle of each aisle, but otherwise, everything else is solid.
