Hayward Self Storage

The facility seemed nice and clean, which is a plus. I was shown a couple of units before agreeing to anything. There were no signs of rodents, mold or structure issues. The units are sealed from top to bottom which helps keep dust and debris out. Signing up was simple, the rates are very fair and they offer insurance. And the place seemed pretty secure which is also very important.

I really want to express how good the staff is at this storage facility. Scott ad Ann have been friendly and ready to assist with my requests. If I need help with something at my unit, Scott has been right over to help me. The units are also being upgraded with sheet metal.

My experience this fair with Hayward Storage is great the two people who I have spoken to and interacted with were friendly! They made my move in simple and seem less ! Thank you for helping me out!
