Affordable, clean, & well protected. The facility staff is considerate & very helpful. What I like most is their attention to detail, saving paper by emailing receipts, the courtesy calls are 10 in advance before charging a late fee & the security - it's like cameras are everywhere lol 😆.

I was searching around for a storage unit this past weekend and came across Storewell in Hayward. I initially wasn’t planning on renting a unit that day as I typically like to compare a couple options, but after meeting and working with Aron and Devin, I knew I didn’t need to look around any further and rented one that same day. The facility itself is very clean and well-lit. There’s carts around to help you move your items right by the elevator. All of these are pluses, but the customer service my family and I received was absolutely amazing and ultimately why I decided to rent with Storewell. Aron and Devin were patient and kind during my visit and answered all my questions. Paperwork was quick and easy. They were thorough when showing me different unit sizes, how to work my lock, and Aron even made sure to have me test my gate code to make sure it worked. If anyone was looking to rent a storage unit, I would absolutely recommend renting one here because of Aron and Devin!
