Public Storage

I want to be clear that this review is a 5-star reflection of the property manager, Lisa, even if Public Storage corporate deserves much less. I have been renting at this location for 7 years and Lisa is truly what makes the experience bearable. She is a consummate professional who handles every issue with grace, which stands in stark contrast to the company's shady business practices, specifically the price gouging and lack of interior security cameras. I do not want corporate's failings to reflect poorly on her because Lisa is the only reason 1 am still a Customer.

Its a pleasure working with the manager Lisa I think is her name. She has an excellent customer service. She's very helpful and patient. She's also very friendly.

Lisa is very nice and helpful and always professional. Very knowledgeable of all the process!
