Moving plans had changed and I found myself in last minute need of a storage unit. I researched on line and found EZ Storage in Farmington Hills. I filled out the request online before the facility opened and then set a reminder to call them as soon as they opened. However, once they opened, they called me right away! I told him I was in line boarding a plane so I had a 30 min window to get stuff done or it would resume 5 hours later. Everything except making payment was done in less than 30 minutes! As soon as I landed, I called and made payment. The process was SO simple! When I got to the facility to unload our truck, I was impressed with how nicely kept and clean it was. I loved that they had flatbed carts we could use to transport items from the truck to our unit. The 30 ft unit was perfect for fitting our 26 ft moving truck.

The manager was very efficient knowledgeable. I moved from Public Storage because every other month they raise the prices easy Storage does not do this. I think I’ll be here for a while. Thank you.
