Lisa is always friendly, and super helpful. She calls me to remind me, not to forget about the monthly unit payment, that I literally seem to forget, every month. If I have any questions or concerns, she addresses them immediately. I appreciate her honesty, in handling situations, although some things are beyond her control. For instance, there have been times when the flatbeds are not available, it’s not a reflection of her, it’s the selfishness of others using this facility. Because usually, someone is likely keeping it in their storage unit until they need it, consequently preventing others from using it. Some storage renters have been observed leaving debris, trash, old clothing, unwanted furniture and boxes in the building, which makes it somewhat of an eyesore when that happens. I don’t like how the price increases about four months after you rent the unit, from the original monthly fee at the time of renting the unit. Hopefully it doesn’t go up again. Overall it’s a pretty good location.

Lisa is so kind and helpful. We had a terrible experience on our move in day with another company. We came last minute with an urgent need for a storage unit, Lisa was quick, she explained everything we needed to know and got us a great deal. She literally saved the day for us! She needs a raise. Next time I need a unit I will go to iStorage first.

The staff is especially very nice a friendly, my storage has been great for 3years I really love Ms. Lisa she had just been the best associate I have ever met. Thanks so much Lisa.
