University Moving and Storage

We recently moved from Michigan to North Carolina and had an outstanding experience with University Moving and Storage. This was by far the best move we’ve ever had. Lauren Combs, our Moving Coordinator was fantastic - responsive, organized, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Robin Humphrey, our salesperson, was equally supportive and always followed up to ensure everything stayed on track. Billy, our driver, was exceptional. He was personable, detailed oriented, and extremely careful with both our furniture and our home. We truly could not have asked for anyone better. The entire team was amazing. We highly recommend University Moving to anyone preparing to move. Five stars all the way!!

This moving experience was exceptional. I moved from Indianapolis to Tennessee with multiple heavy pieces of furniture and almost 100 boxes. 10 out of 10 service. Bo and Pam are amazing. They're so well organized and efficient. They are consummate professionals. The two guys that carted stuff up the stairs were beasts. I can't believe they got everything up to the third floor so quickly. Everyone was super friendly. I can't say enough great things about the whole experience. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I’ve moved cross-country several times, and this was by far my best move. Laura handled everything—from scheduling to coordinating the driver—which made the process stress-free. The driver and his helpers were fantastic, and I felt confident I was in good hands. Laura was incredibly professional and patient, even after I had to reschedule three times. Highly recommend!
