Public Storage

I really enjoyed my experience with Public Storage. Every time I have gone has been a positive experience. This past Sunday I went and there was a Collin working, he was very nice and attentive, asking if we needed help or if there was anything they could do to make our experience better. We love keeping our stuff at a storage facility that cares about our experience. Great customer service and will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

Late January I got a storage unit here. Sam and the security personnel—both individuals were genuinely helpful and offered delightful conversation. They were grounded, understanding, and didn't make me feel like a stranger—we joked, and they had answers for any questions I had. I highly recommend this storage company—amazing people, and the facility is rather nice.

I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Samantha. She was very helpful, patient, and explained everything clearly. You can tell she actually cares about customers. Definitely a smooth and positive experience.
