I've been using this facility on and off since 2010. We recently moved out for good, but they didn't make it easy. They've been under a fire lock down on and off for months now and the freight elevator has been broken for some time. There are several reasons we moved out including that it's clear people are using the facility to use drugs and prostitution, unimpeded. The facility is also filthy, hard to get in and out of, and over the years our rate has increase by $50/month with benefits whatsoever. In fact, our rate increased while the facility fell further and further into decay. A rate increase for existing customers, with no real benefit? Shame. Letting illicit activity run rampant throughout the facility? Shame. On one of our move-out attempts there was a guy in the office trying to figure out what happen as his unit was broken into, property stolen, and drug needles left behind. He got a shoulder shrug from the person working the front desk. They couldn't even bother to review security footage to see what happened in their supposedly secure facility. This place is a joke and detriment to the community. Don't waste your money here.

I’ve had places here off an on since 2002 playing music, and came back in 2022. It’s not the best or worst, but 24/7 practice spaces are hard to come by in the city. If you’re a punk band looking to split a place with a band it was ok. However, as of September 2025, all key gate codes were erased and only heard fire code issue are causing semi closure, can’t get in after 4pm, no more band practice and rent will not be taken out as of October sure to non access now. As far as I know many are saying the practice space for musicians here is finally dead. Many have gone ahead and move out, and have just been waiting to see what happens . Word on the street has been it may not come back. It was sudden with no warning and just a shame. Practiced here when I was 18 and in my 40s.

We've rehearsed at this place for years, and the rent keeps going up while the services completely disappear. Now you can't even access your room. Musicians avoid this place. It's nothing like it used to be.
