Your staff went beyond helpful. Troi and Jill were so communicative and provided information to me about loading docks and the process in general. Made me feel so comfortable. The facility was very very clean and smelled so good. We couldn’t fit everything in one trip and they provided an extra day. Wish you had a facility in Mississippi. My boss and I went on 02/27/26 to empty out their son's storage unit. Ms. Jill and Ms. Troya were just adorable!! The were very helpful but mostly, VERY friendly!! Their customer service was way above beyond! I would rent from them if i ever need to. thank you both so very much for your kindness!!

I had such a great experience getting set up with my new storage unit, and I truly want to thank the wonderful woman who helped me. Both women were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
