TODD IS THE BEST PERSON TO WORK FOR THIS PLACE!!! He toured us like 15 units and did it with a smile!! He answered every question and throughly went over the property and security to ensure it was safe!!! The forms were explained, the payments were broken down, he explained every dollar & we are spending and why. He was very detailed and had the most amazing customer service! I can’t say enough how many times I go to a business and the tone and attitude is very bad. Todd my husband and I thank you for working at this location! I am going to recommend all friends and family here!! Todd helped us to understand the location and area and that was not in his job description!! He literally took the time to answer all my questions and concerns!!! IF YALL DONT GIVE TODD A RAISE I WILL STEALING HIM FOR MY BUSINESS!!!

Selena is an amazing facility manager. She’s just taking over at Franklin Avenue and I know that the facility is an excellent care with the upgrades to the facility and the cleanliness that has been shown through her very newly and active 10 year. I know that the facility is in good hands. She has helped me through so much in such a short amount of time and I can’t wait to work with her in the future please give Franklin Avenue a chance. I know that she is here to help!
