Wilfred, the attendant in the St Charles Ave office today, was extremely helpful. He gave us 5 star service. I have had a unit here for 4 years and never met him but hope he is on duty again when I come in. He helped my movers park in the proper place and also processed my monthly payment for me afterwards so it was seamless. Customer service counts for a lot these days and he went above & beyond! I just want to acknowledge that Wilford helped make the transition of moving my things in and taking my Daughters belongings out a breeze. He is an outstanding representative at Public Storage.
