The facility is very nice and Terry was very professional and helpful. Also, she called someone that was there promptly to help me. They gave me a great price and a tour. Everything was clean and I felt really comfortable. I rented a place here because of the customer service as well as the cleanliness of the facility. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. .

Ive had a unit with my partner here for years. Ever since they took over from Life Storage they have been raising rates due to “demand” despite the place being half empty. Just got an email saying my rate will increase by $20 a month! About 2 years ago my rate was about $100, it’ll now be closer to $150. No wonder every time I go there are more and more empty units. Needless to say I’ll be looking elsewhere, there is no shortage of storage units in the area.
