Love love love this place. Very easily accessible, the guy at the front was super friendly & extremely helpful. This is my first time ever using a storage unit & the process was easy & stress free!

Very unpleasant experience at this storage facility 1924 FM 1092 Rd Missouri City Tx My husband and I are a retired couple who treat people with respect and courtesy We did not receive that same courtesy from Heather from the get go she was rude and dismissive . She lacks customer service and the ability to listen to people and let them speak. She didn’t give us an access code to the gate and when we tried to explain to her the situation she refused to listen and proceeded to threaten us by saying that she was going to call the police on us escalating the situation instead of de escalating the situation . Very poor management skills

Heather was great to work with and the office space is very tidy. 10/10 recommend renting here!
