Make sure you buy their insurance! Basement flooded. Not the first time it has happened. Of course they did not disclose this. All our stuff was soaked and a lot of it destroyed. They did not assist with the move to another unit. No credit was provided while we moved our stuff. No care or concern from the company. Still waiting to hear back from insurance adjuster. Hopefully they pay for our losses. I do NOT recommend this facility or this company. Oh yeah, look out for mice and bats

They are a storage place so they know you’re bringing lots of stuff. Yet the elevators force their way closed after a VERY short period. Even if you have your stuff lined up at the door, you won’t have time to get the elevator loaded. Then, they know you have to do multiple trips with all of your stuff, right? The Bluetooth thing in the app stops working (at least for me) after two loads so then you have to type in the super long code. Lots of fees so the first month free costs as much as a full month. They force you to have insurance for their issues (like floods) - how does that make sense? You pay them for a service (safe storage for your stuff) and they in turn make you pay to insure your stuff from THEIR problems. Wild. The ground is absolutely disgusting both on the main level and in the elevators. The unit was nice I guess for an empty room. Would’ve been nice to see one ahead of time and then we would’ve purchased a larger one but nobody is around. Update: went to cancel the unit and they told me they don’t do a refund if you’ve used it. Luckily I was within the first 30 days. That’s not what I saw online before I booked. So beware future renters!

Not like all the other storage facilities! I love the fact that the facility has rules patrons have to abide by and are enforced making this storage facility a safe place especially for your belongings. The staff I’ve met there are super pleasant and kind. The prices for their units are GREAT! And most importantly they won’t jack your price up to an insane amount after moving your stuff in. I had a unit some place else and my unit went from $90 a month to $180. I don’t know about you but for someone on a tight budget like myself it broke me! Lucky for me I was able to move everything here with their months promo “free first months rent” with a decent monthly rate following. The units are indoor, with a/c, easy access and with enough carts for everyone moving in or out. Again… the office staff are great and very helpful as well.
