We had an exceptional experience with the owner and staff at this facility. They provided assistance accessing the unit for move-out, were readily available for any questions and much needed advice, and were extremely helpful helping us arrange for disposal of unwanted items. Their fees were fair and other costs were adjusted to accommodate our needs. Our move was from the unit in Texas to our home in Maine. The owner and staff helped us with this long distance move by helping us arrange for the additional services we needed. Because of their assistance, we only had to make only one trip to Texas for final move-out. I will always appreciate the help they offered to make this an easier transition.

We stored our belongings here in three different storage units last year when we moved. The owner was super nice and the renting process super easy, but the storage unit we were first rented had a dead mouse with maggots crawling all over the unit. Against my better judgement, I cleaned the mess up, put our belongings inside and rented two more units. When we moved out two months later, we discovered in one of our other units a mouse had created a home inside our couch and destroyed it. There was no fixing that couch and we had to trash it. The owner said they put poison out for the mice, but it sounds like mice are a big problem here. The storage buildings are super compacted and it’s extremely difficult to drive a 26 foot truck in and out to load/unload. It was done, and done with skill because I’m use to this sort of thing, but definitely not a place you want to be driving large trucks if you don’t have the skill. As nice as the owner was, I would not recommend this place if you have other options and don’t want to chance your items being destroyed.
