We've had storage here for many years. It is an outdoor storage facility so the poor reviews on here make me scratch my head because there's certain things that come along with a non-climate controlled facility exposed to the elements and nature. We've had a storage unit here two different times for many years. We've never had any issues. The location is convenient and secure. If you are concerned about pests - set out your own bait inside your unit - it's that simple. If you have maintenance concerns - contact the owners and allow them time to address it. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We HIGHLY recommend using Rockwall Mini Storage for your storage needs.

When I encounter a great business, I have to let everybody know. Well, I encountered one here at Rockwall Mini-Storage. I first want to say that the woman who runs the place is absolutely fantastic. She is very professional and personable. I have used storage facilities many times in my life and I feel like a lot of them are borderline crooks, but that is not at all what I experienced here. Secondly, I really appreciated the price. I kept an RV here for 2 years and it was safe the entire time. They offer covered and uncovered parking alike, along with a large storage facility for random things. And they offer them all at a very good price. One Star is Too Generous – Rat Infested Nightmare Please don't store anything valuable here; go somewhere else. I paid a premium expecting basic cleanliness and security, but what I got was a rodent motel with rusted-out doors and zero upkeep. Despite double-sheeting and vacuum-sealing my furniture, as if I were prepping it for space travel, rats still chewed through everything. That’s right — rats. Everywhere. Not just droppings — gnawed wood, shredded fabric, and urine stink. The smell worsens as summer approaches. I can't stand being inside the unit for more than 5 minutes. However, if you have insurance, you don't need to stress. They appraised my belongings at just $300, which feels like adding insult to injury. Up until now, I've spent over $1,000 ($170 per month) in a year only to see it go to waste. The doors resemble ones from a shipwreck, and the facility has the charm of a post-apocalyptic wasteland. For the price, you'd expect at least some pest control or maintenance. But they cash your checks and let the place rot. Bottom line: don’t store anything here unless it's rat poison.
