My favorite people is Joe he’s an happy dude and I believe her name is Bella she has beautiful brown hair and glasses I believe. They’re super super nice courteous they watch the building really good for sure. They know when I’m here and when I need assistance . I’m definitely recommending this place to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks you guys appreciate you highly!! They have plenty of space plenty of units and they even have handicap units upfront super cool how they’re accessible to open their doors. Those two make the place keep em give em a raise.. I’ve been to some storage places that don’t even watch who’s here and what is going on around the place .. not them lol they are built different..

It’s been a great experience at SmartStop self storage this past year and a half. The staff is professional, friendly and very attentive. Joe in particular is always so helpful and willing to help. He is always cheerful and doing above and beyond to create a positive customer experience. Thanks for making my experience that much better. In addition, the facility is always maintained clean and clear which is appreciated. The only downside is that the rates increase every 3-4 months.

Joe is an amazing energetic person that loves making your experience worth it. Both times I’ve purchased a storage unit he’s made the process go smoothly! Also Bella is very helpful as well. Shout out to awesome employees!
