Alexis was fantastic! She made the storage process so easy and went out of her way to share some really useful information that I hadn't even thought of. She’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend asking for her!

Alexis was VERY knowledgeable about everything we needed or could have wanted. Even training a new attendant our rental was seamless. We were worried with the location that it might be dirty but it was as clean as any other storage we've used. We also felt safe and our items would be secure.

The two ladies whom assisted me, the manager and assistant manager were very cordial and accommodating. They answered all my questions and me showed unit sizes. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
