I have had several wonderful experiences with the Public Storage staff at 22221 Hathaway Ave. Hayward, CA 94541. Not only is this a convenient location that is walking distance from my home but also is a very clean, well kept, temperature controlled facility. Whenever I have needed additional storage or needed to upsize to a larger unit, the staff really came through for me, always helping me to try and get the most affordable rent possible. I would especially like to recognize Denise, Iliyah, and Dan for all their help dealing with insurance claim questions and information, gate code issues, and helping me with move-in/move out processing and procedures ever since I have been a customer at this location beginning in December 2024. I highly recommend renting at this facility and hope future customers will experience such a friendly and professional staff as I have at this Public Storage location. Thanks again!!!🤩🤩🤩

I had an exceptional experience at Public Storage at 22221 Hathaway Ave. in Hayward C.A. , and want to recognize Denise for her outstanding service. I am non-verbal due to a stroke, and social interactions can often be stressful for me. Denise made the entire rental process comfortable, smooth, and genuinely pleasant. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. She is patient, understanding, and goes out of her way to make sure customers feel supported. Denise is always actively working — assisting customers, maintaining the property, and ensuring everything run. The facility is consistently clean and well-kept, and it’s clear she takes pride in maintaining a professional environment. What impressed me most was the strong attention to security. When my sister visited my unit to retrieve belongings, an employee noticed the unit was open and took the initiative to verify she had permission to be there. That level of awareness and care shows true dedication to customer safety and protection of personal property. Denise’s professionalism, attentiveness, and leadership are evident from the moment you walk through the doors. She sets a high standard for customer service, and her hard work truly deserves recognition. I had an outstanding experience at the Public Storage on Hathaway Avenue in Hayward, and a huge part of that is thanks to Denise. From the moment you walk through the door, she creates a welcoming and professional environment that immediately puts you at ease. Denise truly goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. She has an incredibly inviting personality and takes the time to listen, communicate clearly, and make sure every concern is addressed. Every interaction with her is pleasant and helpful, and she has a way of turning what could be a stressful situation into a smooth and manageable one. I’ve had a storage here for over a year now, but Recently, I had to move my nonverbal brother into storage at the last minute, which was a very stressful situation for me. Denise handled everything with patience, kindness, and efficiency. From the moment I walked in, she stepped in to help guide the process and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Her responsiveness and willingness to assist made a difficult situation much easier to handle. The facility itself is always clean and well maintained, and you can see Denise constantly working to keep the property in great condition while also helping customers. She is attentive to people’s specific needs and truly cares about making sure everyone has a positive experience. It’s rare these days to find someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service.
